Be SMART About Your Diet Program

Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) will present the program, Be SMART About Your Diet at 6pm on Monday, November 30, 2026. This program will take place, both virtually and in-person, at the Ocean City Public Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.

This program will be taught by Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II, Cape May County. The class will cover the importance of brain health, methods to keep our mind working, and what is included in a diet that supports good brain health.
