Eat What You Grow: Winter
Eat What You Grow: Winter workshop will take place on Thursday, February 19 from 6 to 8pm at Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County. The presenters will be RCE of Cape May County’s Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II and Jen Sawyer Caraballo, ANR Program Associate II. Topics will include growing cool season crops, starting herbs and greens from seed, the health benefits of gardening and using herbs as well as prepping the pantry for the gardening season. Also, attendees will get hands-on experience sowing herb and greens seeds to take home.
The cost to attend the class is $20.
