Essex County Fall Fair & Garden Contest
Essex County 4-H is inviting all residents, including youth and adults, to participate in the annual 4-H Fall Fair & Garden Contest occurring during the Fall Family Festival at the Essex County Environmental Center on Sunday, September 21, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is a chance for gardeners, artists, and chefs of all ages to showcase their talents and win ribbons and cash prizes. The showcase features separate divisions for youth and adults, with categories for gardening, art, and food.
Participants can drop off their projects at two different locations ahead of the event. Early drop-off requests can be arranged by contacting Essex County 4-H.
- Newark: Friday, September 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Roseland: Saturday, September 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
