Lunch and Learn: Whole Foods for Health Goals: Protein Picks
Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) Program will hold the virtual Lunch & Learn Program, Whole Foods for Health Goals: Protein Picks, from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
The presenter will be Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, Program Associate II, FCHS, RCE, Cape May County. Participants will learn how and why protein supports health, evidence-based recommendations for adult protein needs, and about building balanced meals and snacks that include adequate protein using everyday foods.
