Pathways for Aspiring Leaders

Presented in 5, 1-hour modules, this interactive series will immerse participants in a journey through leadership, beginning with self-awareness and progressing toward tactical knowledge and skills to cultivate behaviors that best serve the workplace and contribute to your growth and success as a leader (and earn a Certificate along the way).  Modules include:  Transitioning from Peer to Supervisor – I’m in Charge, Now What?!; Giving Recognition and Providing Feedback; Navigating Conflict Productively; Building Rapport and Developing Relationships; and Performance Management (Please see individual Module descriptions below).
