Step it up…Ways to be More Active

Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) will present the program, Step it up…Ways to be More Active, from 6 to 7pm on Thursday, April 2, 2026. This presentation is offered both in-person and virtual. It will be held at the Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.

The presenter will be Chris Zellers, MPP, Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences Assistant Professor/Agent. Attendees will learn the benefits of physical activity and how to add more physical activity into their day. Zellers said, “This program will stress the importance of physical activity and encourage participants to live a more active lifestyle.”
