Grandparents Raising Grandchildren January Program

The Grandparents Raising Grandchildren January program will take place on Thursday, January 22, 2026 from 5 to 6:30pm at Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County. The program will feature guest presenter Teri O'Connor, experienced registered yoga teacher with advanced training in functional movement and empowered aging, mediation coach, and reiki master. O'Connor will present: Stretch Away Stress and also teach the grandparents about somatic movement.
