Lunch and Learn November: Understanding Fats and Oils

The Lunch and Learn November program, Understanding Fats and Oils, will take place virtually on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 from 12:30 pm to 1pm. The presenter will be Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, Program Associate II, FCHS, RCE Cape May County.

This class explains the different types of dietary fats, their role in overall health, and which fats to prioritize based on scientific evidence. Participants will also learn practical tips for choosing and using fats and oils in the kitchen.
