What a Wonderful World: An environmental jukebox for New Jersey
10/27 – Born on the Bayou: Wetlands in New Jersey – Ben Langey and Lisa Clark, Ducks Unlimited – Learn about the basics of wetlands restoration, protection, and enhancement in New Jersey, with a focus on waterfowl conservation. Once the fundamentals are covered, we’ll hear about the practical partnership work being done by Ducks Unlimited and the National Resources Conservation Service across the state to protect precious wetland habitat.
Starting October 20, the Earth Day Every Day webinar series is back. Protecting the environment of New Jersey is music to our ears! Experts hit the right notes on topics such as wetland ecology, light pollution, impacts on tree leaf color, and hurricane science. This series aims to raise awareness about some of the Garden State’s environmental challenges and ways you can change your tune to help improve environmental quality. This webinar series is conducted in collaboration with the Marine Extension Program Seminar Series (MEPSS).
