Together, you’ll get your fill of practical, science‑based insights to empower healthier eating habits that protect both people and the planet.

Sustainable Seafood, Explained: What the Science Says About How to Eat Earth Friendly – Max Mossler, University of Washington – Food choices have real environmental impacts, but those impacts are rarely as simple as we’re told. What are the tradeoffs between different foods, and where does seafood fit in? This talk will translate the science of sustainable seafood into plain English.
