Grandparents Raising Grandchildren September Program: Fraud Awareness

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 5pm to 6:30pm at Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County, 355 Courthouse-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House, New Jersey. The building is handicapped accessible.

Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II for Cape May County, oversees the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren program that meets 10 months each year providing information and support to Cape May County grandparents who are raising their grandchildren.

The September program will feature a talk on Fraud Awareness presented by Sturdy Bank. The presenters will be Joseph Badecki, Bank Security Officer and Michael Latini, Bank Chief Risk Officer.

Childcare will be provided for the grandchildren, and a light supper will be served at 5pm with the program following at 5:30pm.
