Take your lunch break outdoors—at least in spirit. This bite‑sized gardening series is designed for busy New Jersey residents who want to grow healthier, more productive edible gardens. Each session focuses on a specific crop group and the practical, region‑specific tips that help them thrive in the Garden State’s unique climate and soils.  Whether you’re brand‑new to vegetable gardening or looking to sharpen your skills, these short, information‑packed classes will guide you through the essentials: choosing the right varieties for NJ conditions, planting at the ideal time, managing pests and diseases, and harvesting for peak flavor. Led by knowledgeable instructors, each session highlights one category of plants so you can build your expertise one lunch hour at a time.  Come for one or enjoy the whole series—you’ll leave each session with clear, actionable steps to grow your favorite foods with confidence.
