The most important source of agricultural income in New Jersey is from horticulture - the greenhouse and nursery products sector. Roses, chrysanthemums, geraniums, lilies, orchids and poinsettias are all grown for direct marketing, while nursery products, including grass sod and ornamental trees and shrubs, support a thriving landscape industry all across the state.
