Work Well

The Work Well Initiative is a 12-session workplace wellness program funded by the New Jersey Department of Health. Designed to combat chronic disease and absenteeism, it focuses on health, nutrition, and physical activity. Participants receive weekly emails with wellness resources, including webinars, videos, and recipes. The pilot study, involving Hudson and Monmouth Counties employees, showed promising results in improving overall health.

Engagement

In the 2024-2025 year, FCHS staff hosted 69 programs related to wellness, reaching over 9,600 NJ residents in this topic alone.
